Christmas Opening Times & Last Order Dates

As most of you know, Brown and Ginger is a small business and every year between Christmas and New Year we try to pack the holiday we often don't get to take during the year into those 10 or so days around the Big Day. Our break always involves wine, copious amount of cheese, Love Actually and more than a handful of cheer. Needless to say we're looking forward to it!

We need to ask you a favour - please, please, please ensure you order with enough time to spare for your order to arrive. As much as we like to think it's possible, we can't always perform miracles and so this little guide is here to make sure all your gifts arrive at the right place at the right time!

We will be officially closed from 6pm on Wednesday 23rd December until 9am Monday 4th January. We will not be checking emails during this time so please bear with us for a reply upon our return.

Our website will be operational as normal and all orders placed will be delivered in line with the information shown on each item's page at the point of purchase.

We do not hold stock of every item at all times and can only guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on in stock items with orders placed before 9am Tuesday 22nd December. Please click the link to view the full range that's available for immediate dispatch. Please choose the faster shipping option at the checkout if ordering close to the wire! 

The items which are not available for immediate dispatch have the estimated shipping dates highlighted on each item's page.

Please note that although we do our absolute best to get things right, the double whammy of COVID and Christmas volumes within the couriers networks means that things are somewhat erratic at the moment - so if you'd be heartbroken that your order didn't arrive before Christmas, we recommend choosing something available for dispatch now just to be on the safe side.
