INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LATEST 21/07/2021

We are pleased to advise that we are continuing to successfully ship out into Europe with just a few customs blips (there are some restrictions on what can and can't be sent and would you believe, wooden boxes are one of those things to lots of EU countries?!).

We have the option to ship with or without duties and taxes paid to suit the individual customer and can quote for both.

SHIPPING LATEST 15/01/2021

We are pleased to advise that we are aiming to re-open shipping to Europe from Wednesday 20th January 2021. 

Our couriers are re-opening their services tomorrow. We will prioritise all current orders that are due to ship out into the continent along with any parcels which were returned to us due to the delays at customs, these will leave us early next week and you will be sent a confirmation along with your tracking number.

Please note that as the U.K. is no longer part of the EU, it will be up to you, the customer, to cover the Tax and Customs charges prior to you receiving your delivery. Please visit your government's tax website if you wish to find out more as the rules are different for each country.

We are still shipping to the whole of the U.K. (excluding Channel Islands) and the DPD and Parcelforce services are running as normal. Royal Mail are still catching up in certain areas which are detailed in the 13/01/21 update below.

SHIPPING LATEST 14/01/2021

It is with a very heavy heart that we have to temporarily turn off all international shipping, this is due to the date of when European shipping being resumed continually being pushed back as the couriers are unable to cope with the additional workload caused by the U.K. leaving the European Union.

Until the courier service is operating at full power again we do not wish to let any of our customers down.

To all our international customers, we're so very sorry, we hope to get this service back up and running as soon as possible and will update this page when that happens.

SHIPPING LATEST 13/01/2021

Internationally: Shipping by road into Europe (including to the Republic of Ireland) is still suspended, this is beyond our control and is down to a decision made by our couriers due to the impact of Brexit affecting the way the orders are processed at customs.

We are expecting an update and the possibly resuming of services now to be on Friday 15th January and will update this page as soon as we have more information.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by these delays and look forward to the new normal coming into effect as soon as is possible!

UK: There are also some delays in areas covered by Royal Mail which we use to send our parcels that are under 2kg in total weight.

The affected areas are as follows though we've been informed there are some not on this list provided by Royal Mail which are also affected:

We are safely open and shipping as normal, please do bear with our couriers who are running a little behind in certain areas due to the lockdown.
