In the early 20th Century, Immingham was one of Great Britain's busiest commercial ports, exporting coal around the world.
Inspired by the nautical lamps you would have seen aboard the vast cargo ships of the 1900's, our Immingham outdoor lighting range is exquisitely and sympathetically crafted to represent the materials used and the industrial styling of the day.
This medium wall lantern has a sturdy steel frame that has been given a weathered finish, with the light fitting itself encased in seeded glass which beautifully imitates raindrops.
This is a magnificently vintage looking item that has both industrial and nautical history behind it.
We suggest you fit it with an Edison-styled vintage bulb to stay in keeping with the time period the design intended, though any E27 up to a maximum of 60w will fit with the piece.

Here at Brown and Ginger we promise to do our best to have a positive impact on our environment, we've switched to using paper tape for over 99% of our orders which is not only easier for you to open (no scissors required!) but it's easier on the environment. We also use 100% starch packing chips which simply melt away under water and FSC certified voidfill paper.
Only where absolutely neccessary do we use plastic packaging which has been re-used from other packaging, come with the product from the factory or, when shipping mirrors or particularly delicate items, to provide the extra protection to stop the items breaking in transit.
We're working with our suppliers to reduce their use of plastic and will always do our best to ensure we're being as ethical as possible in all of our practices.
