We see coats of arms dating all the way back to the 12th century but this design is more likely to be seen in the knightly tournaments of the 14th century. Each noble family had their own coat of arms and the knights wore the emblem to let the spectators know who they were aligned to.
Now, we aren't expecting you to fight to the death for this fabulous piece of wall art, but it will look dead-cool hanging in your home. Bringing all the nobility and history you could want in one piece, it's to be admired and enjoyed by all.

Here at Brown and Ginger we promise to do our best to have a positive impact on our environment, we've switched to paper tape which is not only easier for you to open (no scissors required!) but it's easier on the environment. We also use 100% starch packing chips which simply melt away under water and FSC certified voidfill paper.
Only where absolutely neccessary do we use plastic packaging which has been re-used from other packaging, come with the product from the factory or, when shipping mirrors or particularly delicate items, to provide the extra protection to stop the items breaking in transit.
We have also recently made the switch to eco bubble wrap for those items where we want to make extra sure it gets to you safely. This is green and can be recycled with your other plastic.
We're working with our suppliers to reduce their use of plastic and will always do our best to ensure we're being as ethical as possible in all of our practices.
