Plants can add the perfect finishing touch to décor in homes and offices, as well as any venues that provide hospitality like pubs, restaurants, hotels, and everything in between!
This isn’t just because they look pretty and add a more welcoming feel to the building; plants are also proven mood boosters, and they’ve even been found to improve concentration, and therefore your staff’s (or your own!) productivity.
Here are just some of the benefits of artificial plants: 1) They require less maintenance - They should still be cleaned and dusted regularly, unlike real plants they obviously don’t need to be watered or fed! 2) They often last longer than their real counterparts making them more cost-effective, it’s a simple fact that even if your real plants are properly cared for, they’ll still lose their leaves and colour from time to time, and they’ll eventually perish and need to be replaced. Typically, a replica plant should last between 5-10 years. 3) They won’t trigger hay fever and allergies 4) You’re not limited by design 5) They’re able to boost mood and morale 6) You don't need to worry about your pets as you would with their real counterparts, there'll be no messy mud across the floor when they've been tipped and no risk of your beloved friends eating poisonous plants such as real cycads which are toxic to dogs 7) They won't attract insects 8) They don't require sunlight so can be placed in dark corners or windowless rooms
These five plant / tree options are fantastic for those wanting a colour boost in their environment!

Here at Brown and Ginger we promise to do our best to have a positive impact on our environment, we've switched to using paper tape for over 99% of our orders which is not only easier for you to open (no scissors required!) but it's easier on the environment. We also use 100% starch packing chips which simply melt away under water and FSC certified voidfill paper.
Only where absolutely neccessary do we use plastic packaging which has been re-used from other packaging, come with the product from the factory or, when shipping mirrors or particularly delicate items, to provide the extra protection to stop the items breaking in transit.
We're working with our suppliers to reduce their use of plastic and will always do our best to ensure we're being as ethical as possible in all of our practices.
